User Data Deletion

You may ask Easy Print Out to delete personal information connected to our printing services or our Instagram and Meta integration.

How to request deletion

    Send your request

    Email us using the button below with the subject “User Data Deletion Request.”

    Identify your information

    Include your full name, the email or phone number used with us, and your order number if available. Do not send passwords or access tokens.

    Complete verification

    We may ask for reasonable information to confirm that the request concerns your data and protect it from unauthorized deletion.

    Receive confirmation

    After verification, we will delete eligible data and email you when the request is complete or explain what we must retain.

Data covered by your request

Depending on your relationship with us, this may include contact information, quote requests, uploaded artwork, project notes, customer-portal messages, and information associated with an order. It may also include Instagram or Meta Platform data held by our application, such as cached media details or identifiers.

Instagram and Meta data deletion

Easy Print Out uses Meta's Instagram API only to display public media from our own professional @Easyprintout account. Website visitors do not sign in with Instagram, and we do not request access to a visitor's Instagram account, contacts, private messages, or private media.

If you believe our application holds Instagram or Meta data related to you, follow the request instructions above and identify the Instagram username or content involved. We will remove eligible cached Platform Data and disconnect associated application data after verification.

Removing or disconnecting an Instagram account does not automatically delete printing orders or business records that were collected separately through our website. You may request deletion of those records in the same email.

Timing and necessary retention

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and will do so within 90 days at the latest unless applicable law requires a shorter period. We may retain limited records when required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legal obligations. Any retained information will remain limited to those purposes.
