How we use information
We use information to prepare quotes, produce and deliver print projects, communicate about orders, provide customer support, process and document payments, protect the website, comply with legal obligations, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.
Instagram and Meta Platform data
Our homepage uses the official Instagram API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. to display recent work published by our own professional Instagram account, @Easyprintout. Through this integration, we may retrieve our Instagram account identifier and media information, including media URLs, thumbnails, captions, media types, timestamps, and Instagram permalinks.
We use this Platform Data only to display and link to Easy Print Out's Instagram posts on this website. We do not use the integration to access a website visitor's Instagram profile, contacts, private messages, or private media, and visitors are not required to sign in with Instagram.
Instagram media data may be temporarily cached to improve site reliability and performance. Access credentials are stored on the server and are not intentionally exposed to website visitors. We do not sell Meta Platform Data or share it with independent advertisers. Data may be processed by hosting and infrastructure providers only as necessary to operate this website, subject to their service terms.
Use of Instagram is also governed by Meta's applicable terms and policies. Instagram and Meta are not responsible for this website's privacy practices.
Retention and security
We retain order and communication records for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Cached Instagram data is refreshed periodically and removed when it is no longer needed, when API access is removed, or following a valid deletion request, unless retention is required by law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and data deletion
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with you. To submit a request, email easyprintoutexpert@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy or Data Deletion Request." Include your name, the email or phone number used for your order, your order number if available, and a description of the information you want deleted.
We may request reasonable verification before acting to protect customer information. After verification, we will delete applicable information within 90 days or sooner when required by law, unless we must retain certain records for a legal or legitimate business purpose. We will confirm when the request has been completed or explain any information we are required to retain.
